Andrea Volvo EX30 200kW SM Extended Range Plus 69kWh Auto

I would not lease the vehicle again because of the appalling experience of dealing with VCFS (Volvo Car Financial Services). It has been an absolute nightmare e.g. between May and September 2026 I had to contact them NINE times to try and sort out a simple issue and my contacts just went unanswered. I am a busy professional and don't have time for this (apart from it being dreadful customer service). I moved house 10 months ago and have still not managed to update my address with VCFS either.
