Nationwide Vehicle Contracts is a successful and well established organisation within the vehicle leasing industry. Established in 2002, Nationwide Vehicle Contracts has grown to become one of the UK’s leading providers of car leasing and van leasing to businesses and private individuals. 

Due to our continued growth, we are currently inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to join our successful and award-winning team in the following positions:

Leasing Sales Executive

Working alongside global vehicle brands and finance providers, candidates will use their super sales skills to convert pre-qualified leads via our website to help customers find a great deal on their next lease car.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a call centre, sales office or within a retail sales environment.

In return, you’ll be rewarded with a basic salary of £20,000 gross per annum with a generous commission structure giving on target earnings of £35k per annum plus company benefits after a qualifying period.

Administrator

Working in our busy vehicle administration department, the candidate will be responsible for ordering and progressing new vehicle orders, submitting customer finance proposals, generating contracts, arranging deliveries to our end users, handling customer queries, updating electronic databases and dealing with general administration duties.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative role, preferably in a high volume dealership or finance company.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills when dealing with people in person/on the phone or in writing
  • Gathering, recording and/or reporting of information
  • Experience of handling client issues and enquiries
  • Completion of mail duties
  • Experience in filing and updating records
  • High quality customer care to ensure customers, dealers and finance partners are satisfied with the service they receive
  • IT and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficient
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload

Pricing Analyst

Working in our busy pricing department, the successful candidate will be responsible for database pricing management, reviewing and developing pricing strategies to meet competitive opportunities, liaising with external partners in order to secure strong offers for our website and providing statistical analysis of sales enquiries/conversion rates.

Strong analytical skills, a meticulous attention to detail and self motivation are essential to this role. Computer literacy and a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel are fundamental as the role involves working with spreadsheets, complex intranet systems.

Customer Service Adviser

The customer service team support the customer throughout the life of their vehicle lease. We understand how important a car is to our customers and their lifestyle and we are here to support them with any issues they have or answer any queries they have. We also receive complaints that we fully investigate and respond to.

We receive high volumes of correspondence from our customers across both inbound calls and emails and as an integral member of the team you would be required to manage both, alongside other team members.

We are a small team of Customer Service Advisors who work closely together and support each other. Each team member has accountability for a certain ‘type’ of calls/emails and we are working towards being multi skilled so we can all increase our knowledge and learn various aspects, in order to provide our customers with an excellent service.

The key requirement in the customer service team is the ability to build a relationship with our customers. If you have experience in dealing with high volumes of calls and/or correspondence, even better. 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Relationship building – Ability to defuse a difficult situation, empathise when things have gone wrong and provide reassurance that you understand and will take ownership of the customers query or concern
  • Multi-tasking – Ability to juggle high volume of emails and inbound calls  
  • Attention to detail – As part of the role is liaising with numerous third parties (including funders and dealerships) an attention to detail is a must, to ensure that errors are avoided
