Working alongside global vehicle brands and finance providers, candidates will use their super sales skills to convert pre-qualified leads via our website to help customers find a great deal on their next lease car.
Responsibilities include handling inbound calls and online enquiries generated through our busy website, maintaining, and updating the existing client database and delivering high standards of customer care.
We’re looking for a results-driven individual with a friendly and approachable manner, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to succeed. Experience of working in a call centre, sales office or within a retail sales environment is preferred, however, full training will be provided.
You will enjoy a competitive base salary of £21,000 with a generous commission structure offering on-target earnings of between £36,000 and £41,000. You will also be entitled to a range of company benefits after a qualifying period, including a workplace pension scheme, regular ticket ballots for Manchester United hospitality, paid birthday leave, training and development opportunities and long service rewards.

Desired Skills & Experience
Working in our busy vehicle administration department, the successful candidate will be responsible for ordering and progressing new vehicle orders, submitting customer finance proposals, generating contracts, arranging deliveries to our end users, handling customer queries, updating electronic databases and dealing with general administration duties.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an administration role, preferably in a high-volume dealership or finance company. Excellent communication skills, computer literacy and strong attention to detail are also essential to the role.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £26,000 gross per annum with company benefits after a qualifying period. You will also be entitled to a range of company benefits after a qualifying period, including a workplace pension scheme, regular ticket ballots for Manchester United hospitality, paid birthday leave, training and development opportunities and long service rewards.

Working in our busy Customer Services department, the ideal candidate will have experience of working in a customer service or after-sales support role.
Responsibilities include investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, processing orders with dealers, chasing suppliers for order updates and assisting customers with in-life queries about their vehicle.
You will be expected to be self-motivated and work as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail and a good telephone manner are also essential to the role.
The position is based at our office facility in Didsbury, Manchester, which has excellent public transport links and limited, free on-site parking. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £23,000 per annum, rising to £24,000 per annum after six months.

Nationwide Vehicle Contracts is looking to expand our service with a range of complementary products designed to support customers during their lease term. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our portfolio of vehicle maintenance and service products to support our existing and future customers.
Responsibilities include determining the customer’s needs, explaining the product, upselling where appropriate, and arranging fulfilment with our supplier. You will also receive training in the role of selling and arranging our insurance products, including GAP, SMART Repair and Tyre and Alloy protection policies.
We’re looking for a results-driven individual with a friendly and approachable manner, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to succeed. Experience of working in an automotive, insurance or service-based industry is preferred, however, full training will be provided.
You will enjoy a competitive base salary of £23,000 with achievable, on-target earnings of more than £35,000. We will also offer a guaranteed, higher basic fixed salary for the first six months. The role is based in our modern offices near Didsbury, on the outskirts of Manchester.
