Web Designer / Digital Designer

Working closely with our web development and digital marketing team, you’ll be responsible for creating and designing visual content for our website, creating promotional artwork for marketing campaigns, manipulating digital photographs, developing new ideas and concepts and testing and improving the overall design of the website.

The successful candidate will have excellent creative skills, a strong sense of design layout and typography and the ability to produce accurate artwork. Previous experience working in a design environment would be advantageous, as would a competent understanding of web interface design, HTML 5, CSS3, JQuery and Javascript. 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

GAP Insurance Advisors

To support our rapidly growing business, Nationwide Vehicle Contracts are recruiting GAP Insurance Advisors to join our new GAP insurance team.

The ideal candidates will have experience and a credible background in selling regulated automotive GAP insurance products to be able to advise and arrange policies on behalf of our new and existing leasing customers. Key responsibilities include advising and selling leasing GAP insurance, as well as delivering ‘great’ customer service and advice.

We are searching for hard working and conscientious individuals who are ready for a new challenge. In return, we will provide the relevant training and support required to deliver the best possible customer experience and meet FCA requirements.

We offer an excellent remuneration package with an uncapped commission structure offering the opportunity to achieve OTE of £35k plus per annum, as well as continuous development and progression and a contributory pension scheme.

Leasing Sales Consultant

All candidates must have proven broker experience within the Contract Hire and Leasing, Car Dealership or Brokerage market. You will need to be organised and be able to work on your own initiative.

Responsibilities will include handling large volumes of inbound calls and enquiries generated through our busy website. The role is based in our brand-new office in Didsbury, Manchester and is not for the "faint hearted" due the high volume of vehicles we order.

The position is office / telephoned based but experience in a face-to-face sales position would be an advantage.

LCV Commercial Sales Executive

The ideal candidate would be currently working in the LCV market as a Contract Hire specialist or business-to-business sales person. The position will be office / telephoned based but experience in a face to face sales position would be an advantage. You will need to be organised and be able to work on your own initiative.

You will be expected to convert pre-qualified leads via our website and generate opportunity from our existing database.

Full training will be given, but we would expect the successful applicant to be fully conversant in all aspects of LCV product.

Administrator

Working in our busy vehicle administration department, the ideal candidate will be responsible for ordering and progressing new vehicle orders, submitting customer finance proposals, generating contracts, arranging deliveries to our end users, handling customer queries, updating electronic databases and dealing with general administration duties.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an administration role, preferably in a high volume dealership or finance company. Excellent communication skills, computer literacy and a strong attention to detail are also essential to the role.

The position is not for the faint hearted due to the high volume of vehicles we order. You will be expected to be self-motivated and work as part of a team.

Customer Services Adviser

Working in our busy Customer Services department, the ideal candidate will have experience of working in a customer service or after-sales support role. Responsibilities include investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, processing orders with dealers, chasing suppliers for order updates and arranging vehicle collections on behalf of our funders.

You will be expected to be self-motivated and work as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail and a good telephone manner are also essential to the role.

Pricing Analyst

Working in our busy pricing department, the successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and developing pricing strategies to meet competitive opportunities, liaising with external partners in order to secure strong offers for our website and providing statistical analysis of sales enquiries/conversion rates.

Strong analytical skills, a meticulous attention to detail and self-motivation are essential to this role. Computer literacy and a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel are fundamental as the role involves working with spreadsheets, complex intranet systems and other software programmes including Microsoft Word and Photoshop.

The role is suited to a recent university graduate with an Honours Degree (2:1 or above) ideally in a Maths or Business related subject. In return, we offer a good basic salary and bonuses after a qualifying period.
