Our customer satisfaction survey is managed independently by APD Global Research. Since 2003, APD Global Research has been at the forefront of automotive customer experience research, supporting over 20 of the world’s most successful automotive brands including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus and Toyota.
APD’s advanced online platform allows Nationwide Vehicle Contracts to review feedback from genuine customers within minutes of their vehicle delivery. Customers can comment on a number of touch points during the sales and vehicle handover cycle. This feedback is then used to continually improve our service, as well as generate a star rating customer satisfaction measurement.

Most of the experience was god apart from the collection of the previous vehicle. The collection team could give no indication of the collection time and I had to wait until after 5pm before they arrived. The delivery of the new vehicle was much better as I was told it would not be coming until noon and it arrived on time. The driver phoned one hour ahead to confirm.Raymond

Overall a very good service. There were some delays with vehicle delivery date which meant I had to ring and chase up and the delivery driver was trying to deliver to number 34 rather than 39! But these were minor things. Overall very happy with the vehicle.Paul
The delivery driver was just a little rushed. I think that say 10 minutes as a routine measure as a minimum should be set aside for inspection etcNigel
