Our customer satisfaction survey is managed independently by APD Global Research. Since 2003, APD Global Research has been at the forefront of automotive customer experience research, supporting over 20 of the world’s most successful automotive brands including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus and Toyota.
APD’s advanced online platform allows Nationwide Vehicle Contracts to review feedback from genuine customers within minutes of their vehicle delivery. I already leased with yourselves and chose to continue with a new vehicle it was quite the process I was expecting nor was it a smooth changeover if vehicles unfortunately, also I was expecting offer for valued customers but it appears itâ€™s all dealt with as a new customer each time. Also this time the vehicles wasnâ€™t cleaned or had any fuel upon delivery which last time the delivery driver has it all cleaned on handover and some fuel in the tank (little gestures). ThanksHollie

Ordering and delivery process were very good. The major issue I had relates to a faulty electronic brake that occurred two hours after the delivery driver left - the electronic brake would not disengage and after a number of calls to Volvo dealers, I contacted Volvo Assist who came out and fixed the problem - not a great start to my Volvo experience.Robert
