I already leased with yourselves and chose to continue with a new vehicle it was quite the process I was expecting nor was it a smooth changeover if vehicles unfortunately, also I was expecting offer for valued customers but it appears it’s all dealt with as a new customer each time. Also this time the vehicles wasn’t cleaned or had any fuel upon delivery which last time the delivery driver has it all cleaned on handover and some fuel in the tank (little gestures). Thanks

Then when receiving my car Anthony explained the basis instruments in the car so that I fully understood how to use each little button an outstanding service from Start to finish and I am looking to get another car for my daughter shortly. Ordering and delivery process were very good. The major issue I had relates to a faulty electronic brake that occurred two hours after the delivery driver left - the electronic brake would not disengage and after a number of calls to Volvo dealers, I contacted Volvo Assist who came out and fixed the problem - not a great start to my Volvo experience.
