Here at Nationwide Vehicle Contracts it’s important to us what our customers think of our service. We are continually improving our leasing service to make it quick, simple and competitively priced and regularly receive feedback from our customers to help us achieve this.
Our customer satisfaction survey is managed independently by APD Global Research. Since 2003, APD Global Research has been at the forefront of automotive customer experience research, supporting over 20 of the world’s most successful automotive brands including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus and Toyota.
APD’s advanced online platform allows Nationwide Vehicle Contracts to review feedback from genuine customers within minutes of their vehicle delivery. Customers can comment on a number of touch points during the sales and vehicle handover cycle. This feedback is then used to continually improve our service, as well as generate a star rating customer satisfaction measurement.

The process was very straightforward. Emails were replied promptly. The only minus was when the car was delivered, an hour later the car wouldnâ€™t unlock using the key fobs due to I suspect a low battery (probably due to the car being sat in a compound since production). This was disappointing after such positive expectation. I still havenâ€™t received a reply from my compliant email, which you informed me too send.Richard

Very happy - only minor issue was the car was a bit dirty (especially the windows) when it arrived after its 200 mile journey. It could have done with a car wash near my house (to be fair, the driver did say he had looked for one but couldn't find one)Mike
