Our customer satisfaction survey is managed independently by APD Global Research. Since 2003, APD Global Research has been at the forefront of automotive customer experience research, supporting over 20 of the world’s most successful automotive brands including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus and Toyota.
APD’s advanced online platform allows Nationwide Vehicle Contracts to review feedback from genuine customers within minutes of their vehicle delivery. Customers can comment on a number of touch points during the sales and vehicle handover cycle. This feedback is then used to continually improve our service, as well as generate a star rating customer satisfaction measurement.

Throughout the process I've been regularly kept up-to-date by Email and by phone with regards to progress of my car, and every interaction has been conducted to a professional standard. Everything went as expected and communication was really good. I had a to wait four months for the car but I was advised up front and offered alternatives. I received fortnightly updates throughout, advising of slight changes to the likely delivery date and in the end, the car arrived on time and was exactly as ordered. Very happyRichard
