The only negative was the difficulty speaking to staff. I had explained that I worked nights and to make contact in the afternoon; however, messages were left for me in the mornings and couldn't get through when I called back - long answerphone queues.

I find it is easier and faster to request a quote over the phone, often internet based requests have not been fulfilled. Late night opening for sale enquiries is very useful.
