Our customer satisfaction survey is managed independently by APD Global Research. Since 2003, APD Global Research has been at the forefront of automotive customer experience research, supporting over 20 of the world’s most successful automotive brands including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus and Toyota.
APD’s advanced online platform allows Nationwide Vehicle Contracts to review feedback from genuine customers within minutes of their vehicle delivery. Customers can comment on a number of touch points during the sales and vehicle handover cycle. This feedback is then used to continually improve our service, as well as generate a star rating customer satisfaction measurement.

2 things - initial contact from a representative was slow, I would expect a same day call back. Secondly, when the car was delivered it car had grass on the back seat, not something I would have expected and a little annoying given the value of the car. Apart from that, very happy with the car and service received.Suzanne
I think there are improvements to be made between NVC and finance companies. NVC are much more user friendly and let down by the communication from say Mercedes. A more clearly delineated accountability maybe.Matthew

The only very minor negative was that I received â€œYou need to do â€˜xâ€™â€ type email requests during the application stage, even though all stages had been completed. A quick email to the person helping with the order made sure everything was fine, but the software for ordering and finance checks didnâ€™t seem to communicate with the email notification process.Gavin
