Ford Transit Tipper Lease Deals

It has had to go into ford 5/6 times for faulty injectors. They have all been replaced under warranty, but we have been without a van while being repaired (one stint in the repair shop was almost two weeks) which I’m sure as you can imagine is a pain and headache as we are running a gardening business where the vehicle is imperative to us being able to carry out the job at all. We have three other vans leased from yourselves which have been no problem at all so I’m not sure if this vehicle is just a ‘Friday vehicle’ or it is a design fault from ford. Overall it has been useful when it runs as it should, but it is a massive pain when it doesn’t. We have observed all advice on the dash menu and from Ford and take the vehicle on frequent long runs but still the same problem arises. When I spoke with you guys you said it was fords problem and when we take it to ford they say it’s because it’s not being driven on enough long runs. I have tried to get a detailed description of what ‘a long run’ is and was told to drive in the motorway and observe the dash warnings. Have done this and still the problem persists. All in all not that satisfied cause it’s something I was hoping I wouldn’t have to deal with on leading a new vehicle. I will definitely lease a tipper again in the future, but will have to think carefully what model and from what company.
