All maintenance packages include all routine servicing, maintenance and repairs, replacement tyres (exclusions apply) and other repair costs that might be required during the contract. This cover is an addition to the standard full UK manufacturer’s warranty and roadside assistance that comes with all new vehicles.
A maintenance contract typically includes:
Mechanical and electrical repairs or replacements, including associated parts and labour
No recharges for punctures or damaged tyres (dependent upon provider)
MOT tests (if applicable)
Service Booking and Management Service
Vehicle collection and delivery (where available)

What are the exclusions?
Repairs or replacements due to driver error or driver induced faults
Repairs due to accident damage
Missing or Broken items e.g., Bent Aerials, Missing Hub Cabs
Vandalised and Stolen Wheels and/or Tyres
Sidewall damage to the tyre/s, along with all and any form of damage to tyre/s
Damaged windscreen and/or glass replacement
Misfuelling
Lubricant and Fluid Top Ups between service intervals (e.g. Oil Top Ups, Screenwash Top Ups)
A relief vehicle is not guaranteed as part of your maintenance package. However, this may be available at an additional cost, dependant on your provider.

Status And Conditions
Business Contract Hire subject to status and credit acceptance. This is a hire product so you will not own the vehicle. Minimum duration is 48 months and 5,000 miles per annum. All prices shown exclude VAT at 20%. Road Fund Licence is included for the duration of the term. If selected, Maintenance Package includes: manufacturer recommended servicing and excludes misuse, accident damage and vehicle glass. Offer pricing subject to change at any time. Images for illustration purposes only. On return the vehicle must be in the same condition as on delivery subject to age, mileage and fair wear and tear excepted. If the vehicle exceeds the contract mileage an excess mileage charge will apply. Additional charges may apply if you terminate the contract early.

Whether you live in the city or the countryside, Nationwide Vehicle Contracts will deliver your new lease vehicle direct to your doorstep, provided your address is situated on the GB mainland.
Free delivery applies to customers based in England, Wales and Scotland. For some locations in the Scotland, the Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands such as Dundee (DD), Inverness (IV), Aberdeen (AB), Perth (PH), Oban (PA), Greenock (PA) Stranraer (DG) and Skye (IV) a delivery charge of up £450 may be applicable depending on distance and supplying vehicle manufacturer. Please speak to your sales consultant for further information.
For customers living on the Isle of Wight (IOW) it is likely that our suppliers will require an additional charge for deliveries onto the Island. It is possible for customers to meet the delivery agent for handover at the port of Southhampton or Portsmouth. For all port handovers customers must present in person and present the required IDs.
Currently, we are unable to offer delivery to customers living in Northern Ireland.
Where possible, we will aim to deliver at a time and date convenient for you and where possible, during daytime hours. We can also arrange for delivery to your workplace if required (subject to finance provider), helping to make the delivery process as smooth and as easy as possible.
On the day of delivery, our experienced and trusted delivery drivers will call you to confirm they are on their way (provided it is safe to do so) and will run through the key features of your new vehicle, providing a level of service that you usually only receive at a dealership.
If your current lease vehicle is with Nationwide Vehicle Contracts, we can also arrange for your existing vehicle to be collected on the same day, subject to finance provider and availability.

You can order your Solo 3 home charger and standard installation package. You can then choose to pay in 30 days, pay in 3 instalments or spread the cost over a longer period of time using an instalment plan.
Please note: The Klarna agreement only includes the Solo 3 home charger with standard installation. If your installation is non-standard you can still get a Solo 3 home charger. However, any costs resulting from the non-standard installation won’t be included in your Klarna agreement. Pod Point will be in touch to discuss and take payment from you separately.
