Although most of my experience was great the delivery of a dirty, moss contaminated vehicle spoiled the experience. I was surprised the driver had driven the vehicle as I had expected it to be delivered on a flat back in excellent condition. The driver said most people were surprised he didn't have a flat back and had driven it there.

The Van is value for money and great as a first electric vehicle. The range is average, however in Winter it drops drastically.

We have had some significant breakdowns and the repair times awaiting parts have been unacceptable. These were in the vehicles first 4000 miles which is really poor. Its range is also nowhere near close to that advertised and is problematic.
