Delivery process good, but after sales care lacking - no response from customer resolutions team even now, several days later, despite a critical fault that prevented me from driving the car (it wouldn't start charging). Very much left to me to figure out and ended up having to pull fuses to get the car driveable. No help from anyone. - thank goodness for the Skoda owners forum!

Everything first class, only glitch was the car was delivered filthy though, as delivery driver took a route through a dirt track. He was extremely apologetic.

Only issue is the sudden mass drop of emails into your inbox. I had think 6 drop almost simultaneously, lots to cover and easy to miss something. Also the pdf to add your signature on wasn’t accessible on either phone or iPad, only on PC. This was a little frustrating

The Van is value for money and great as a first electric vehicle. The range is average, however in Winter it drops drastically.

We have had some significant breakdowns and the repair times awaiting parts have been unacceptable. These were in the vehicles first 4000 miles which is really poor. Its range is also nowhere near close to that advertised and is problematic.
