Once I paid the deposit to hold the vehicle, the advert was removed from the website. I could then no go back and compare other vehicles. I asked a very particular question about the car and was subsequently told the wrong answer by means of reply. Both issues resulted in me accepting a car I actually didnt want - i wanted the later model version. This was disappointing.
Time was also of the essence with compounded the above, as I desperately needed the vehicle. It would be great to have the opportunity to scale up and be offered a later model, if available.

The initial process of selecting a vehicle and going through the process to obtain the finance etc went very well and quite smoothly. But once the order had been placed it was over 3 weeks from the date that the vehicle was delivered to the dealer before I was given a delivery date. Even then I had to wait over a week for that delivery. Having been advised of a delivery date I was then informed at 4pm on that day that the delivery had been cancelled. The delivery was then arranged for the next day. I was initially informed that delivery would be mid afternoon with the driver leaving Bristol at 11am. However it transpired that the driver didn't leave Bristol until 2.10pm and arrived at my house at 5.40pm. By which time it was dark and therefore impossible to carry out a proper inspection of the car.
