I’ve already emailed lease plan a month ago to find out if I can send this car back as it’s tried to kill me multiple times and has impacted my mental health awfully as I’m so so so anxious to even drive it. I WANT IT SENT BACK, if a human and not a robot can get back to me that would be great!

A very good car indeed (VZ3 Formentor 310)....except for: Infotainment system takes an age to get going and is very "glitchy" and there's always something not working with it. There's no low windscreen washer fluid warning...on a £46k car?? Heater controls not illuminated - guess in the dark and who at VW/Audi/Seat/Cupra thought that was a good idea? Heated Steering wheel something I have never considered but would have again. Engine and performance great & fake sound agreeable. Seats very comfortable. Power tailgate takes a few swipes of the foot to get going. Keyless entry doesn't work in the cold. The Cupra Connect app should be free for the first 3 years at least (again - £46k car) so I have not renewed that after a year. Rattley passenger heater vent until the car gets warm. very noisy and juddery rear wiper. Wireless phone charger good and wireless Apple CarPlay great. Auto start stop engine a pain and a pain to switch off every time. Auto hold takes a bit of throttle to release - better on Seat, Audi and VW. I ticked that I wouldn't lease this car again only because I never have the same car twice in a row but I would consider this again...perhaps the VZ5?

Car is lovely but lacking in technology such as heated seats, front parking assist, voice assist can be slow to respond
