I use Google maps as the in-house navigation is clunky to use. Have never been able to sign up onto the cupra app so have missed out on additional features of the car. Really a good all rounder

Love the car just a little limited on boot space no other problems at all.

Great looking car which is very comfy and drives very well. Only downside is the infotainment system which randomly doesn't do what it's supposed to do but only sometimes.

Comfortable drive and great performance

The gearbox is excellent, very smooth, there is plenty of room for kids in the back, ride height is good. The downside is the screen which controls the radio/air con etc, it’s so slow at reacting to touch. Sometimes it freezes and sometimes it doesn’t even turn in which means you can’t control the temperature in the car or turn off lane assist, listen to any music or make calls through the Bluetooth. I’ve only have the vehicle a year and it’s happened quite a few times, I have to turn the engine fully off and wait to restart it, doesn’t always work though.

I have not had use of the vehicle for 2 months due to technical issues. I am still waiting for a new part to be fitted and cannot get an answer from Seat/Cupra as to when the problem will be resolved.

There is an ongoing rattle from the gearbox and clunky gear changing which the dealer cant seem to fix. I have also had electronic brake fault and issues with the infortainment screen. It was clearly not given a full PDI inspection

Firstly and most annoying thing is the is the constant software issue with the touch screen interface which controls everything thing, there’s apparently no fix for it yet! Secondly the car is underpowered I have the smallest engine variation you can get but the car is so heavy for it that it doesn’t give you that peppy acceleration when you need it, my wife’s Skoda kamiq has the same engine and because it’s slightly lighter or the way the engine is set up it has that bit of zip when you put your foot down, basically they need to either reconfigure current engine or put a slight more powerful engine in it to make it a little exciting to drive because it actually drives and handles really well.

This car has so many bugs in it, this is the 2nd cupra I’ve leased, the latter being a replacement because the 1st Cupra’s electrics completely stopped working. I assumed it was just that car, unfortunately not, this car has issues with parking cameras and sensors not working, a blank screen when starting the car, or even when driving. The touch screen is slow and sometimes unresponsive which makes it dangerous to use when driving, the anti collision is ridiculously sensitive and breaks hard when a car is well ahead of you. Overall this is probably the worst car I have ever driven and it will he a long time before I lease or buy one in the future.
