Uncomfortable and lacking in power, even for a 1 litre. Would like to return in but leasing company slap handcuffs on.

Practical car and currently used more as a commuting vehicle. Lots of space and comfortable. Not a massive fan of the Ecotec engine. Little labored, which is no surprise for a small engine in quite a decent sized vehicle.

Ford Puma is an excellent vehicle in lots of ways, it’s stylish and sporty looking, it’s comfortable and fairly spacious inside, great fuel economy, spares/parts not too costly, the tech screen on dash is easy to navigate, good storage inside and boots space. This is generally a fabulous car

After having the vehicle for 3 weeks we had to have it recovered to our local Ford garage. Would not start and battery flat. The AA man said it was due to it not having a soft ware update and had seen the lie several times. The Ford garage denied this but since picking it up again it has been fine. However we did contact Nationwide leasing about this but are yet to hear back over 9 months later. Technically the dashboard moves form hybrid gauge that I set it to back to trip computer every time you switch off engine. This is infuriating

Overall the car has proved functional and easy to drive. It does however lack power at times eg acceleration. It also lacks hanging straps internally. It also proved very expensive to service/MOT with a registered dealer.
