How do I activate my account?

1. Once you’ve ordered your vehicle, we’ll send you an email asking you to activate your account.

2. Click the link in the email to activate your account. Alternatively, you can activate your account here: https://www.nationwidevehiclecontracts.co.uk/my-account/activate

Please be aware, you must use the email address linked to your order to activate your account, which is the email address you entered when completing your finance application form. 

3. Once your account is activated, we’ll send you an email asking you to create a password. You must create your password within 30 minutes of receiving the email or you’ll need to activate the account again. 

I’ve received an email saying you “cannot find an account associated with my email address” - what does this mean?

If you have tried to activate an account using a different email address to the one linked to your order, you’ll receive an email saying that we cannot find an account associated with your email address.

To gain access to our comprehensive customer account area you must have a lease vehicle on order with us and you need to use the email address that you entered when completing your finance application form.

I get a message saying, “an error has occurred in the username or password”, what does this mean?

If you see this error message, it may be because:

You have not activated your account

Before you can login to the account, you need to activate your account and create a password. You can do this by clicking the link in the ‘Activate Your Account’ email or activate your account here: https://www.nationwidevehiclecontracts.co.uk/my-account/activate.

The password is incorrect

If you have forgotten your email password, you can request a password reset by entering your email address here: https://www.nationwidevehiclecontracts.co.uk/my-account/reset-password.

For security reasons, you must reset your account password within 30 minutes of receiving the email.

Remember, you’ll need to use the email address linked to your order to activate your account, which is the email address you used when completing your finance application form.

I’ve forgotten my password, how do I reset it?
